Carla Matthews

Carla Matthews was motivated to change her family's health after her daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2008. She completed her integrative health coach training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a Culinary Nutrition Expert and Certified Instructor through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Making the change from processed, packaged, convenience foods to real, whole foods was a gradual process has not just improved her daughter’s health, but the rest of her family’s as well.  Weight loss, lower cholesterol levels, more energy, better focus and restful sleep were just a few of the transformations her family enjoys. She continues to learn as much as possible about the power of real food to heal and nourish the body. She is crazy for Pilates, enjoys photography, traveling, and loves learning about nutrition and its impact on our health.

Kelly Poole

Kelly Poole knows first-hand the effect a rushed, grab-and-go diet can have on your health. Prior to her career in health and nutrition, she was a corporate executive in the homebuilding industry for 25 years. With a very busy schedule, and inconsistent eating habits, she suffered on-going migraine headaches, a digestive disorder and bronchitis. When her father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, she took a long hard look at herself and decided to make some lifestyle and diet changes. She made a commitment to follow her real passion to help herself, her family and others achieve great health and wellness. Her digestive issues have improved dramatically, no more migraines or bronchitis and her focus, energy and clarity have returned.

Kelly was trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and obtained her certification as an Integrative Health Coach.  She is loving life with her husband, daughter and their sweet goldendoodle, Rosie.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, the outdoors, walking, biking, swimming and cherishes her time at the gym.
